Wallpaper - Crocker Parchment, Faded Delft

Our Crocker Parchment in Faded Delft brings together a subtle grid of square panels with a soft, mottled visual texture reminiscent of aged parchment or weathered plaster. The muted, dusty slate blue tones create a calm, atmospheric backdrop without overwhelming the space. Subtle seams and tonal variations between each square add architectural structure and depth across the wall. Made to measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle physical surface structure, this design is straightforward to hang and easy to integrate into both classic and modern interiors.

In the room

We see this design working particularly well in spaces where you want color and quiet movement without the busyness of a high-contrast pattern. In a living room or bedroom, the gentle panel layout gives larger uninterrupted walls an architectural cadence, framing furniture like low sofas, dining tables, or upholstered headboards naturally. Because the tonal contrast across the grid is low, the wallpaper also sits comfortably across all four walls of a study, hallway, or dining area without closing the room in. In spaces with varying daylight, the faded blue-grey surface subtly shifts, reading slightly cooler in bright morning light and deeper and softer under warm evening lamps.

Styling it

The restrained geometry and chalky blue palette make this pattern versatile to style alongside different materials and furniture shapes.

• Pair with warm wood tones such as oak, walnut, or teak to bring out the depth of the dusty blue background.
• Introduce textured fabrics like linen, bouclé, or unbleached cotton in warm off-white and sand tones to balance the structured grid.
• Use clean-lined furniture and simple ceramic or matte metal accents to maintain a calm, considered interior feel.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper features a palette of dusty Delft blue, slate grey, and soft chalky undertones. When choosing paint for adjacent walls, ceilings, and baseboards, we suggest pairing it with warm off-whites, soft bone tones, or gentle pale greys. For a richer, more tonal palette, deep navy, charcoal, or muted olive accents in surrounding upholstery or cabinetry provide grounding contrast while letting the soft blue-grey surface remain the focal point.
