Wallpaper - Emerald Paisley

Our Emerald Paisley wallpaper, created by Silvia Vassileva, reimagines traditional teardrop motifs with a lively, expressive rhythm inspired by 1960s retro design. Sweeping swirls and floral blooms intertwine across the composition, layered with hand-painted brushstroke texture, soft linework, and vibrant accents of teal, turquoise, coral, warm pink, and sunny yellow over a pale blue-grey ground. The flowing, interlocking shapes create an energetic movement that brings immediate character to a space. Because the pattern carries a strong graphic rhythm and multiple vibrant tones, we prefer balancing it with clean-lined furniture in simple shapes. Natural mid-toned wood furniture works beautifully against the cooler teal base, while painted white or light neutral desks and storage keep the visual focus firmly on the wall mural. Keeping surrounding textiles mostly solid rather than patterned allows the swirling paisley forms to stand out naturally.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is anchored by deep teal, bright turquoise, coral, pale pink, and yellow details set against a light, softly muted background. For adjacent painted walls or baseboards, we suggest drawing out the cool background tone with a soft pale grey-blue, which helps the richer teal elements pop.
