Wallpaper - Brighton England Skyline Purple & Gold

Created by Michael Tompsett, this architectural skyline design captures the coastal silhouette of Brighton in expressive watercolor splatters and fluid washes. Deep purple, dark mulberry, and rich golden ochre tones merge across iconic landmarks, from the Royal Pavilion domes and Victorian pier to modern towers along the seafront. Set against a clean, plain white background, the horizontal composition balances open breathing room above with dynamic paint textures along the bottom. In the room

Because the skyline runs horizontally across the lower and middle composition, we especially like this design on a wide, uninterrupted wall where the architectural silhouettes have room to unfold from end to end. In a living room, it works naturally behind a low-backed sofa, allowing the detailed spires, domes, and splattered pigment to sit clearly above the seating line.
