Wallpaper - Kala I

Designed by Sue Schlabach, our Kala I wallpaper presents a classic historic floral repeat with the visual character of traditional block printing. Stylised botanical blooms and leafy vine trails are outlined in shades of teal and deep blue across an off-white background, accented by touches of pastel pink, warm mustard yellow, and fresh green. The balance between open ground and rhythmic linework gives the pattern an artistic, cheerful presence that works beautifully across an entire room or on a focused accent wall. We see this design working particularly well in a bedroom or dressing room, where the rhythmic floral repeat creates an inviting, enveloping backdrop. Our design is built on a crisp off-white foundation with dominant linework in teal and indigo blue, highlighted by small accents of blush pink, soft golden yellow, and leaf green.
