Wallpaper - Sea in Greece ll

Created by Nikita Jariwala, our Sea in Greece II wallpaper captures a coastal landscape through bold, simplified shapes and sweeping color planes. Layered waves of cobalt, teal, and aqua roll toward a rugged, mosaic-like cliff rendered in earthy ochre, taupe, and slate, set beneath a calm sky of stylized clouds in warm beige and soft gray tones. The graphic composition balances expansive horizontal water lines with grounded geological forms, making this mural wallpaper an expressive centerpiece for an accent wall. Like all Wallism wallpapers, it is custom made-to-measure and PVC-free with a subtle physical structure in the paper.

In the room

We love how this coastal mural wallpaper anchors a larger room, particularly on an uninterrupted wall behind a living room sofa or a dining table. The wide horizontal flow of the water naturally guides the eye across the space, while the vertical structure of the cliff on the right side provides a solid visual anchor. In a bedroom, placing this design behind a low headboard allows the layered blues and tranquil upper sky to remain fully visible. Generous daylight brings out the subtle shifts between the turquoise, teal, and deep blue water tones, while softer warm lamplight in the evening emphasizes the sandy neutrals and earthy cliff facets.

Styling it

Because the artwork has a strong graphic character with clean color blocking, we suggest pairing it with clean-lined furniture that lets the landscape breathe:

• Choose low-profile furniture in pale wood or matte-painted finishes to keep sightlines open across the water horizon.
• Introduce unpatterned upholstery in warm sand, off-white, or muted flax to mirror the neutral tones in the sky and beach.
• Balance the cool blues by incorporating warm earthy decor, such as terracotta vessels or raw stone accents, echoing the rocky headland.

Color combinations

The primary palette in our wallpaper brings together rich cobalt, clear aqua, turquoise, and deep ocean blue alongside earthy cliff shades of clay brown, ochre, muted olive, and stone gray, topped with soft cloud neutrals of taupe and warm off-white. When painting adjacent walls or selecting major textiles, we recommend soft sand, warm alabaster, or a gentle taupe to complement the sky without competing with the water. For trim or accent elements, a deep oceanic blue or a grounded olive brown creates a sophisticated, cohesive connection to the coastal motif.
