Wallpaper - Sphere II

Created by Kathy Ferguson, our Sphere II wallpaper brings together expressive abstract layers, geometric shapes, and a lively mixed-media visual character. Soft washes of lavender, sky blue, and energetic magenta balance against cool slate, muted olive, and bright pops of sunshine yellow. Linear charcoal marks, textured brushwork, and floating geometric accents give the composition an artistic rhythm that feels both dynamic and curated. Like all our mural wallpapers, this design is custom made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, making it straightforward to hang.

In the room

We see this design working especially well in a modern living room, creative home office, or bedroom where you want an expressive focal point. Because the composition has strong visual movement and distinct color blocks, giving it a wider, relatively uninterrupted wall allows the full scale of the artwork to unfold. In an entryway or dining area, the wallpaper provides an immediate artistic presence that naturally anchors the space without needing heavy wall decor around it.

Styling it

To let the expressive qualities of the artwork stand out, we suggest pairing it with clean-lined, contemporary furniture in neutral or grounded tones. Low-profile seating in soft gray, off-white, or muted linen keeps the room balanced, while subtle accents in matte black metal or warm wood echo the graphic linework and earthy base tones within the motif. Keeping surrounding wall art minimal allows the wall mural to serve as the primary visual anchor in the room.

Color combinations

The palette in our wallpaper features a rich interplay of lavender, magenta, cobalt blue, slate gray, and pale yellow, grounded by soft olive and charcoal details. For surrounding walls, trim, or large cabinetry, we recommend pulling out the softer tones such as pale misty gray, soft alabaster, or a gentle muted lavender. If you prefer a richer, more tailored atmosphere, picking up the slate blue or charcoal from the linework for accent furniture creates a cohesive and grounding contrast.
