Wallpaper - Crocker Parchment, Antique Olive

Our Crocker Parchment, Antique Olive wallpaper brings together a structured panel grid with the soft, weathered visual character of aged parchment. What we particularly like about this design is how the subtle tonal variations across each block break up the geometric layout, creating depth without overwhelming the room. The muted antique olive palette balances deep mossy greens with earthy undertones, giving the wall a calm, architectural presence. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, this design is straightforward to hang and offers an understated, tailored backdrop for contemporary interiors.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working particularly well in spaces where you want quiet visual structure across a broader wall area. In a living room or behind a dining table, the geometric paneling gives the room a sense of scale, while the mottled olive tones keep the overall effect soft and grounded. Because the repeat relies on subtle gridlines rather than high-contrast motifs, it sits comfortably across larger uninterrupted walls as well as more compact spaces like a home office or entryway. In rooms with generous natural daylight, the tonal shifts within each panel become more noticeable, while softer evening light deepens the olive shades into an enveloping, moody atmosphere.

Styling it

When styling around this design, we like pairing the structured grid with furniture that features rounded contours and soft silhouettes to balance the straight lines of the panels. Warm wood tones, such as aged teak or dark walnut, naturally complement the earthy green base, while matte black metal accents or darkened bronze hardware echo the architectural geometry without competing for attention.

To keep the focus on the tonal depth of the wall murals, we would select upholstery in quiet, textured neutrals like oatmeal, charcoal, or washed canvas. A room with mid-century modern or understated modern rustic elements feels particularly harmonious alongside this quiet surface.

Color combinations

The design itself is built around a spectrum of antique olive, muted moss, and deep lichen greens with subtle greyish undertones. When choosing paint colors for adjacent walls, trim, or cabinetry, we suggest continuing that earthy warmth with soft off-whites, muted stone greys, or deeper forest greens. For accent pieces and smaller decor, rich ochre, burnt umber, and deep charcoal provide a grounded contrast that works naturally with the parchment-inspired green palette.
