Wallpaper - Summer Bloom I

Our Summer Bloom I wallpaper showcases a bold, close-up floral painting by artist Albena Hristova. Centered on an expansive blooming gerbera daisy, the design layers vibrant magenta and petal-pink tones against an earthy, painterly background of warm peach, apricot, and soft sand. What we especially like about this mural wallpaper is the visible painted brushwork, which gives the large bloom an expressive, artistic presence across the wall. Produced made-to-measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it brings an uplifting botanical focal point to your space while remaining straightforward to hang.

In the room

Because of the oversized scale of the single bloom, we see this wall mural working particularly well on an uninterrupted accent wall where the full floral composition has room to breathe. In a bedroom, placing this design behind the headboard creates a vibrant, grounding centerpiece that defines the entire room. It also brings wonderful warmth to an entryway or dining room wall, greeting you with expressive color right away. In a creative home office or sitting area, pairing the mural with lower furniture ensures the central details of the flower remain fully visible.

Styling it

To balance the strong visual impact and painterly energy of the floral motif, we suggest keeping surrounding furniture clean-lined and understated. Contemporary low-profile seating or minimalist storage pieces allow the artwork to command visual attention without making the space feel crowded.

Warm wood tones like natural oak or honey ash complement the peach and sand tones in the background, reinforcing the organic feel. For textiles, choosing simple solid weaves in unbleached linen, warm ivory, or muted terracotta helps ground the brighter pinks of the petals.

Color combinations

The wallpaper itself centers on deep magenta, rose, and petal pink, accented by soft apricot, warm beige, and subtle touches of leafy green and violet in the flower core.

When choosing paint colors for adjacent walls and trim, warm neutrals like cream, biscuit, or pale sand echo the canvas background naturally. If you prefer a richer, more enveloping feel, pulled-through terracotta or dusty blush tones on neighboring walls create a cohesive, color-drenched setting that flatters the central bloom.
