Wallpaper - Volver II

Our Volver II wallpaper mural, created with artist June Erica Vess, features an expressive abstract composition built around sweeping organic curves and fluid color washes. A large, circular blush-pink shape anchors the frame, contoured by layered arcs of olive green, sage, soft lilac, muted chartreuse, and deep berry with subtle blue accents. The visual texture echoes hand-painted gouache and watercolor, showing soft brush variations and gentle pigment transitions against a warm off-white background. Made-to-measure to fit your wall dimensions, this PVC-free design brings a contemporary, gallery-inspired presence to living rooms, bedrooms, or creative workspaces.

In the room

Because of the sweeping scale and bold circular geometry, we see this wall mural working particularly well on an open, relatively uninterrupted wall. In a living room or primary bedroom, placing it behind a low-profile sofa or headboard lets the large blush form and framing arcs curve gracefully across the space without feeling clipped. The broad color fields keep the design feeling airy rather than cluttered, making it equally fitting for a relaxed dining nook or a quiet home office where you want an artistic focal point that remains gentle on the eye.

Styling it

To balance the fluid lines of the mural wallpapers, we like pairing this design with furniture that has clean, architectural silhouettes and rounded edges. Low-slung seating in cream, taupe, or neutral textured upholstery complements the soft backdrop while keeping the artwork front and center.

For surrounding materials, we suggest introducing warm, light-toned woods such as white oak or bleached ash to ground the palette without competing with the colorful arcs. Accent pieces in brushed matte brass or glazed ceramics will pick up on the subtle artisan character of the brushstrokes.

Color combinations

The wallpaper features a sophisticated palette of dusty rose and blush pink, contrasted by botanical olive, moss green, pale lilac, and warm cream, along with focused strokes of plum and slate blue. When planning your surrounding space, pulling the warm off-white or light taupe onto adjacent walls creates a seamless, wrapped aesthetic. If you prefer a richer contrast, echo the olive green or deep berry in throw pillows, accent chairs, or entryway consoles to tie the room together naturally.
