Wallpaper - Autumn Grass Green

Our Autumn Grass Green wallpaper, created by Avery Tillmon, captures an impressionistic meadow scene rendered in delicate watercolor washes. Upward-reaching grass blades and wildflower silhouettes in muted olive, moss green, ochre, and soft celadon rise against a pale, neutral backdrop with subtle wash effects and gentle splatters. The organic vertical rhythm brings an airy, grounded character to any room without overwhelming the space. Like all of our wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully in spaces dedicated to quiet rest, such as a master bedroom or a dedicated meditation space. The upward flow of the grasses naturally draws the eye upward, making it especially effective along a main feature wall behind a low bed frame or an open floor arrangement. Because the upper half of the motif transitions into a luminous, open background, it keeps rooms feeling open and breathable rather than visually crowded.

Styling it

For styling, we would lean into an organic modern or minimalist aesthetic that echoes the natural meadow theme. Low-profile furniture in light oak or bleached ash keeps the visual weight near the floor, allowing the watercolor grass stems to rise gracefully behind each piece. Layering in unbleached linen bedding, washed cotton drapes, and matte ceramic accents complements the painterly quality of the wall mural while preserving an uncluttered, serene atmosphere.

Color combinations

The artwork features an earthy palette of sage, moss, soft ochre, and subtle misty teal over an off-white, warm grey ground. To create a cohesive look across adjacent walls, we suggest soft warm whites, pale greige, or a muted moss green that draws directly from the deeper grass stems. For furniture and architectural trim, light natural wood tones or creamy off-white paint finishes balance the watercolor tones effortlessly.
