Wallpaper - Petal in Passing

Designed by Nikita Jariwala, our Petal in Passing wallpaper captures a graceful, floating floral composition with a painted-looking visual texture. Slender, curving stems weave across a light, warm cream background, carrying fluid olive and moss-green leaves alongside soft, petal-like blossoms touched with pale pink, delicate blue, and blush tones. The open spacing and organic movement give the pattern an airy, tranquil character that allows the wall to feel spacious rather than crowded. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure, this design brings an artful, nature-inspired element into your home.

In the room

We love how the gentle rhythm of this floral design creates a restful atmosphere across various spaces. In a bedroom, placing this wallpaper behind the headboard establishes an elegant focal point while keeping the room feeling open and light. The organic curves also work beautifully along a hallway or entryway, where the floating vines guide the eye along the space without feeling heavy.

Because of the generous negative space between the stems and blossoms, the repeat stays balanced even across larger living room walls. The subtle shifts in olive, pale pink, and cream read clearly under bright natural daylight, while warmer evening lighting highlights the earthy depth of the leaves and the softness of the background.

Styling it

When decorating around this design, we recommend letting the delicate movement of the vines take center stage by pairing it with simple, organic forms and understated materials.

• Choose furniture with clean, soft lines in pale wood or muted painted finishes to harmonize with the light backdrop.
• Introduce unpatterned, tactile fabrics such as matte cotton or soft bouclé in warm neutral tones to maintain a calm, cohesive room.
• Bring in a few ceramic pieces or subtle accents that echo the pale blush and subtle blue tones found in the petals.

Color combinations

Our wallpaper combines a warm off-white backdrop with deep olive, leafy green, soft blush pink, and delicate pale blue accents. To create a seamless look, we suggest pairing it with surrounding walls or trim painted in warm alabaster, soft ivory, or gentle taupe. If you prefer deeper contrast, muted olive green or rich sage on adjacent doors, wainscoting, or built-in cabinetry highlights the natural tones of the foliage.
