Wallpaper - Scintilla, Rose Ash

Our Scintilla, Rose Ash wallpaper pairs a gentle, misty background with fine stippled detailing that flows in soft horizontal drifts. The quiet rose-grey and dusty ash palette gives the surface a subtle visual texture, reminiscent of delicate mineral veining or soft cloud formations. Because the contrast remains soft and understated, the pattern adds depth across a wall without overpowering the space around it. Like all our wallpapers, this design is PVC-free, made-to-measure to fit your room dimensions, and printed on paper featuring a subtle physical structure.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully across all four walls in a bedroom or living room, where its low contrast creates an enveloping backdrop. Because the horizontal drifts are gentle rather than rigid, the repeat transitions smoothly across both large uninterrupted expanses and walls broken up by windows or doorways. In a dining area or hallway, it provides enough visual movement to feel distinct while leaving plenty of room for artwork and wall fixtures.

Styling it

Because Scintilla, Rose Ash carries such a delicate, tonal character, we like pairing it with materials that bring clear visual definition. Warm wood tones, such as smoked oak or mid-toned walnut, create an appealing grounding contrast against the dusty rose background. For furniture and larger upholstery, textured off-white bouclé, washed linen, or brushed black metal accents help anchor the room without clashing with the subtle movement in the wallpaper.

Colour combinations

The design itself blends muted dusty rose, pale taupe, and soft ash grey. When choosing complementary wall paint or trim colors, warm stone, chalky white, and deep charcoal work especially well. If you want to introduce accent colors through cushions or decorative objects, deep plum, muted terracotta, or olive tones provide a rich balance to the cooler, desaturated base of the wallpaper.
