Wallpaper - Liria Eden, Celadon Cream

Our Liria Eden, Celadon Cream wallpaper, created by designer Marta Cortese, brings an enchanting woodland scene to life in a delicate, understated palette. The scenic mural composition features leaping hares, resting and leaping deer, perched birds, and graceful trees rising from a lush forest floor filled with ferns, foliage, and a decorative base border. Drawn with fine linework and soft tonal layers, the design balances pale celadon and sage greens against a gentle cream backdrop with subtle earthy accents. Like all our wallpapers, this design is custom made-to-measure, completely PVC-free, and printed on paper with a subtle physical surface structure.

In the room

We see this mural working especially well across a wider, uninterrupted wall where the full narrative of the woodland landscape can unfold. In a bedroom, placing it behind the headboard creates an inviting, scenic focal point that sets a tranquil tone for the entire space. It also feels right at home on a main living room wall or surrounding a dining area, where the detailed flora and fauna invite closer viewing without overwhelming the room. Because the tonal contrast between the celadon foliage and the cream background is soft and low, the wallpaper can span a large wall area while keeping the atmosphere light and airy.

Styling it

To let the illustrative details of the mural stand out, we suggest keeping larger furniture pieces relatively calm and understated. Furniture in warm, natural wood tones such as ash or honey-toned oak balances the cool celadon tones nicely, while off-white or cream painted pieces maintain a soft, harmonious feel. Linen or woven cotton textiles in neutral tones complement the gentle garden aesthetic without competing for attention.

Color combinations

The wallpaper is built on a quiet foundation of pale celadon green, muted sage, soft cream, and subtle hints of warm taupe in the foliage. On adjoining walls and woodwork, warm off-whites, soft creams, or very pale sage paints create a seamless, cohesive transition. For a bit more depth in surrounding accents or upholstery, muted olive greens, warm taupes, or earthy beige tones echo the botanical motifs beautifully.
