Wallpaper - Sea in Greece ll

Our Sea in Greece II wallpaper by Nikita Jariwala captures a coastal seascape through graphic, cut-out style planes of colour and layered horizontal movement. The composition balances sweeping ribbons of deep ocean blue, turquoise, soft azure, and white foam against warm earthy cliff formations in ochre, muted brown, and slate grey, all beneath rolling muted beige and taupe cloud forms. What we particularly like is how the stylized landscape balances bold geometric blocks with the fluid rhythm of rolling waves, creating an expressive focal point without feeling overly busy. Printed made-to-measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it brings a fresh, artistic energy to modern living spaces.

In the room

Because of the strong horizontal flow in the water and the vertical anchor of the cliff formation, we see this wall mural working particularly well on a wide, uninterrupted living room wall or behind a low-backed sofa. Giving the design generous wall width allows the full sweep of the coastal horizon and rhythmic waves to unfold naturally across the space.

In a bedroom or dining room, positioning the mural wallpaper behind a bed or low sideboard keeps the main cliff composition and rich sea tones prominently visible. If the room enjoys abundant natural daylight, the contrasts between the vibrant turquoise swells and deeper indigo layers become especially lively.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this design with clean-lined, contemporary furniture in lighter wood or neutral painted finishes, which lets the expressive coastal palette remain the primary focus. Low-profile seating and unadorned surfaces work especially well by keeping sightlines open to the horizontal rhythm of the water.

To balance the graphic shapes of the artwork, introduce woven textures and matte ceramics in soft sand or stone shades across cushions, throws, or decorative bowls. Keeping larger upholstery quiet and understated allows the dynamic blues and rocky earth tones on the wall to ground the entire interior.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centres on rich coastal blues, bright turquoise, slate grey, and seafoam white, grounded by warm earthy ochres, soft sandy beige, and muted stone in the cliffs and sky.

For surrounding walls and woodwork, warm sandy neutrals, soft linen greys, or muted off-whites provide a harmonious backdrop that echoes the tones in the sky and beachline. If you prefer to draw out the deeper tones of the sea, pairing adjacent architectural elements or painted cabinetry in a dark navy or slate blue creates an immersive, cohesive feel.
