Our Urban Shadows wallpaper captures the architectural energy of city life, where sunlight filters through an elevated train track to cast graphic, grid-like shadows across a brick-paved street. Strong yellow steel support beams frame the upper perspective, while burnt orange café umbrellas, red signage, parked cars, and a leafy tree bring warmth and everyday rhythm to the composition. Created in collaboration with Mark Segal, this design brings together industrial geometry with rich, earthy tones to give a wall immediate character. In the room

We see this design working particularly well in a living room, hallway, or home study where the architectural perspective can draw the eye and establish a clear focal point. Because the composition has strong directional lines and a distinct horizontal division between the steel structure above and the street below, we would give it a wider, relatively uninterrupted wall. Placing it behind a sofa or along a main hallway wall lets the full street scene unfold naturally without being fragmented by tall storage units or large wardrobes.
