Wallpaper - Southwest Design VI Boho

Created by artist Silvia Vassileva, our Southwest Design VI Boho wallpaper brings together traditional geometric motifs with a softly weathered, painted-looking texture. The composition centres on a large diamond symbol framed by decorative triangular borders, balanced by smaller Southwestern emblems in muted pastel tones across an eggshell white background. Soft washes of dusty rose, faded denim blue, terracotta, and charcoal grey give the artwork an airy, tranquil feel with plenty of visual depth. In the room

Because of its generous central motif and open background, we especially like this design on a main living room wall or behind a bed in a bedroom. The large geometric diamond creates an architectural focal point, while the faded watercolour-like texture ensures the pattern never feels heavy or overwhelming.

In a bedroom, positioning the central diamond behind a low headboard allows the upper geometric detail and surrounding pastel emblems to rise naturally up the wall. In an open-plan living area or a tranquil guest room, giving the wallpaper a wide, relatively uninterrupted wall lets the asymmetrical placement of the supporting motifs breathe. The soft contrast works nicely with both bright daylight, which highlights the delicate brush textures, and warmer evening lamps that bring out the dusty terracotta and rose tones.

Styling it

The bohemian and Southwestern character of the pattern pairs naturally with relaxed, textured interiors. We would combine this wallpaper with warm wood furniture, such as light oak, pine, or mango wood, to echo the grounded, artisan feel of the motifs. Woven natural materials like jute, rattan, or bouclé upholstery complement the visual brushwork without competing for attention.

To keep the room feeling balanced, we suggest keeping surrounding furniture shapes relatively simple. Low-profile seating and unadorned shelving allow the graphic geometry of the wallpaper to remain the primary visual feature of the space.

Colour combinations
