Our Blueprint wallpaper by Pamela Munger captures a misty horizon where soft, layered brushwork blurs the boundary between cloudy skies and calm waters. In the room

We see our Blueprint design working exceptionally well in a bedroom, especially placed on a wider wall behind the bed where the full vertical transition from pale sky tones to deeper steel blues can be appreciated. Because the horizon is abstract and expansive, giving the wallpaper an uninterrupted wall allows the misty seascape character to create a genuinely calm focal point.

In a quiet home study, reading nook or dedicated meditation room, the soft, painterly layers bring visual interest that remains gentle on the eye. The lower contrast at the top of the composition also pairs naturally with standard ceiling heights, keeping the upper portion of the room visually light and open.

Styling it

To complement the cool, atmospheric palette of this wallpaper, we would look towards organic modern and contemporary interior directions.

We would balance the cool steel blues with warm, natural wood finishes such as light oak or warm ash furniture, which prevent the room from feeling too chilly.
