Wallpaper - Wildflower Garden, Sky

Our Wildflower Garden, Sky wallpaper, designed by RNM Arts, brings botanical study and calm structure together across an airy, off-white ground. Distinct wildflower botanicals, including thistles, dandelions, poppies, and delicate meadow stems, are illustrated with fine ink-like line work and shaded in soft tones of sky blue, slate, and deep ink navy, accented with gentle flecks across the background. The rhythm is orderly yet organic, allowing each botanical cluster space to breathe while creating a charming, vintage-inspired repeat. Produced as made-to-measure wallpaper on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it is straightforward to hang and adds considered character to any interior.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully across an entire bedroom or along a feature wall in a tranquil living room or garden room. Because the repeat has a balanced, repeating cadence with ample negative space between each flower study, the pattern never feels crowded or overwhelming. In a nursery, guest bedroom, or hallway, it introduces a quiet countryside charm without dominating smaller proportions.

On larger, uninterrupted walls, the full variety of the botanical illustrations can be appreciated at eye level. When installed in spaces with generous natural daylight, the crisp contrast between the slate blue linework and the pale backdrop feels fresh and uplifting, while in softer evening lamplight, the deeper navy details bring a sense of cosiness to the room.

Styling it

To complement the delicate linework and classic botanical character of the wallpaper, we suggest keeping furniture and surrounding finishes grounded and tactile.

• Pair with natural painted timber furniture or pale wood pieces to enhance the fresh, garden-inspired mood.
• Introduce textured textiles such as soft washed linens, simple wool throws, or crisp cotton bedding in neutral or muted blue tones.
• Choose understated hardware in brushed brass, antique bronze, or matte dark metal to quietly echo the darker ink lines in the illustration.

Colour combinations

The palette in our design relies on varied blue tones, from pale sky blue and soft dusty slate to rich navy ink, all set against a clean off-white base.

To create a cohesive interior, pair this wallpaper with off-white, chalky ivory, or soft cream on adjacent woodwork and ceilings. For a bolder, more enveloping look, paint skirting boards, doors, or built-in joinery in a deep slate blue or rich navy drawn directly from the leaves and petals. Subtle earthy accents, such as pale sand, warm biscuit, or soft eucalyptus green, also sit naturally alongside this cool floral palette.
