In this design, created by Irina Chikati, we explore the contrast between organic fluidity and geometric precision. The background features iridescent, liquid-like waves that melt into one another, creating an ambient drift of warm peach, coral, and cool sky-blue tones. Overlaying this rippling surface are sharp cut-outs and flat architectural forms, including smooth orbs, elongated ovals, and clean rectangular blocks.
What we particularly like about our mural wallpapers in this style is how the overlapping transparencies work together. In some areas, the geometric cut-outs reveal a concentrated, vibrant slice of the molten pattern beneath, while in others, pale semi-opaque blocks cast a calming veil over the movement.
