Wallpaper - Liria Eden, Porcelain Mist

Our Liria Eden, Porcelain Mist wallpaper, designed by Marta Cortese, brings an enchanting woodland scene to life in a delicate, misty monochrome palette. Graceful deer, leaping hares, and perched songbirds weave through stylized forest trees and dense botanical foliage, anchored by an ornamental border along the lower edge. What we particularly appreciate about this mural wallpaper is the balance between fine line work and gentle, layered silhouettes that give the forest depth without overwhelming the eye. Printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure, each of our wall murals is made-to-measure to fit your exact wall dimensions.

In the room

Because of its scenic narrative and horizontal movement, we see this design working beautifully on a wide, uninterrupted feature wall where the full landscape can unfold. In a living room or behind a headboard in a bedroom, the softer contrast keeps the detailed flora and fauna feeling calm rather than busy. It also suits a quiet dining space or a serene study, where the rich detail invites closer viewing without dominating the atmosphere. If your room receives soft morning light or filtered daylight, the gentle shifts between pale porcelain, mist, and muted stone tones become wonderfully distinct.

Styling it

When decorating around this design, we prefer to keep large furniture relatively quiet so the intricate woodland illustrations remain the focal point. Low-profile sofas or upholstered bedframes in simple linen weaves or soft wool allow the mural to breathe across the full height of the wall.

For surrounding furnishings, warm wood tones such as pale oak or lightly oiled ash introduce natural warmth that complements the botanical imagery. We also like pairing the wallpaper with simple ceramic decorative objects and understated lighting in matte black or brushed finishes, creating a clean balance between heritage-inspired illustration and modern comfort.

Colour combinations

The palette within the design is built around soft mist, warm porcelain, stone grey, and gentle taupe undertones. For adjacent walls, woodwork, and skirting, we recommend drawing directly from these lighter background shades with off-white, chalky limestone, or very pale greige paint.

If you want to introduce subtle contrast across upholstery or curtains, deeper earth tones such as warm charcoal, muted moss, or warm taupe connect naturally with the darker linework in the trees and wildlife without disrupting the unified, tonal quality of the room.
