Wallpaper - Crocker Parchment, Burnt Sienna

Our Crocker Parchment, Burnt Sienna wallpaper brings the soft, mottled character of aged parchment into a deep, earthy burnt sienna palette. Built on a subtle grid of panelled parchment sheets, the design layers gentle tonal variations and weathered visual texture across warm reddish-brown and rich terracotta tones. We especially like how this understated structure gives the wall depth and warmth without relying on busy patterning. Made to measure for your specific wall dimensions, our wallpapers are PVC-free and printed on paper with a subtle physical structure that is straightforward to hang.

In the room

Because the parchment grid is quiet and balanced, we see this design working beautifully across an entire living room, dining room, or bedroom. It provides an enveloping backdrop that grounds a space without overpowering it. In rooms with high ceilings or broad, uninterrupted walls, the gentle rhythm of the square panels gives architecture definition while the warm burnt sienna tone creates an inviting, intimate feel.

The nuanced tonal shifts also make this an exceptional choice for a study, library, or hallway. Under generous daylight, the subtle mottled details across each panel come forward, while in softer evening lighting, the deeper brown and terracotta undertones settle into a rich, moody surface that feels tailored and cosy.

Styling it

To complement the rich, earthy warmth of this wallpaper, we would look to materials that share its grounded, tactile character. Deep timber tones, such as walnut or dark-stained oak, sit naturally against the burnt sienna background, creating a cohesive, classic interior. Alternatively, pairing the wall with black metal details or bronze accents introduces a crisp modern contrast that highlights the geometric grid of the parchment.

For seating and textiles, we would choose unpatterned fabrics in warm neutral shades like oatmeal, ecru, or soft charcoal. Keeping surrounding patterns minimal allows the delicate tonal texture of our wall murals to remain the focal point of the room.

Colour combinations

The design itself is composed of deep burnt sienna, warm russet, and subtle earthy brown undertones. When choosing paint for adjacent walls, trim, or ceilings, warm off-whites, parchment tones, and muted cream create a gentle, classic transition.

If you prefer a deeper or more tonal look, pairing this wallpaper with rich chocolate browns, warm taupe, or dark charcoal woodwork creates a sophisticated, cocooning atmosphere. Soft accents in dusty sage or muted ochre also work wonderfully as complementary accent colours in surrounding decor.
