Wallpaper - Ginkgo Folia, Ivory

Our Ginkgo Folia wallpaper in Ivory layers fan-shaped ginkgo leaves in a rhythmic, scallop-like pattern. Delicate radiating linework gives each leaf subtle definition, while soft ivory, cream, and warm beige tones keep the overall contrast gentle and balanced. The repeating botanical forms create a calm visual flow that adds quiet interest without overpowering a room. Like all of our wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure to your exact wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

Because the contrast is soft and the repeat is steady, we see this design working well in living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces where you want visual character that feels balanced and settled. On a large, uninterrupted wall behind a sofa or headboard, the fan motifs create an elegant backdrop that holds the room together. The design also works beautifully across multiple walls in an entryway or hallway, where the continuous overlapping leaves guide the eye smoothly through the space. In rooms with generous daylight, the fine line details on the leaves stand out clearly, while softer evening lighting deepens the warm beige undertones.

Styling it

We like pairing this wallpaper with furniture that shares its soft, organic sensibility. Curved seating, rounded side tables, and gentle architectural shapes echo the fan form of the ginkgo leaves without competing for attention.

To keep the space grounded, we would introduce darker accents through deep brown or matte black lighting fixtures and hardware. For larger pieces, lighter wood tones and soft, neutral upholstery let the pattern remain the focal point while maintaining a cohesive, airy atmosphere throughout the room.

Color combinations

The pattern is built on a quiet palette of ivory, warm cream, soft taupe, and muted beige. To complement these shades, we recommend using warm off-whites or soft linen tones on adjacent walls and trim to maintain an open, seamless feel. If you prefer more definition, deep charcoal, muted bronze, or warm chestnut work well on architectural trim, doors, or key furniture pieces, providing a crisp contrast that highlights the lighter tones of the wallpaper.
