Wallpaper - Ginkgo Folia, Petal Pink

Our Ginkgo Folia wallpaper in Petal Pink brings a rhythmic, scalloped botanical pattern to the wall through overlapping fan-shaped ginkgo leaves. Each leaf is drawn with delicate radiating line work, creating a sense of movement across a soft, monochromatic palette of muted blush and petal pink tones. The repeat is dense yet gentle, using tonal contrast rather than sharp outlines to build depth. Like all Wallism wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure to fit your specific wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture.

In the room

Because the contrast is soft and the botanical motif repeats consistently, we see this design working beautifully across an entire bedroom or covering all four walls of a powder room or dressing area. In a living room or dining room, it provides enough visual texture to serve as an elegant accent wall behind a low credenza or dining table without competing with everyday furnishings. In spaces with ample natural daylight, the delicate line work within each leaf fan becomes particularly clear, while warmer evening lamps enhance the blush tones and give the room an intimate feel.

Styling it

We would pair this pattern with simple, understated furniture shapes that allow the organic fan motif to take center stage. Painted woodwork in soft off-white or creamy neutral tones keeps the space feeling open, while warm medium wood finishes ground the pink palette nicely. For larger soft furnishings and window treatments, smooth, unpatterned woven fabrics in pale cream, oatmeal, or soft grey balance the fine detail of the wallpaper.

Color combinations

The design itself is built on layered tones of soft petal pink, muted blush, and deeper dusty rose along the leaf edges and stems. To complement these shades, we recommend using warm whites, soft alabaster, or muted stone on adjacent walls, ceilings, and baseboards. If you prefer deeper contrast, accents in charcoal, soft slate, or deep forest green create an appealing balance against the light pink background.
