Wallpaper - Ginkgo Folia, Eucalyptus

Our Ginkgo Folia wallpaper in Eucalyptus layers fan-shaped ginkgo leaves into a dense, rhythmic pattern with a subtle botanical rhythm. What we particularly like about this design is the delicate line work tracing the veins of each leaf, giving the overlapping botanical silhouettes fine visual texture and depth without feeling noisy. Set in a muted eucalyptus green palette with soft sage undertones and darker shadowed contours, the repeat creates a steady, leafy texture across the wall. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical paper structure, it offers a grounded, nature-inspired backdrop that is straightforward to hang.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working particularly well in spaces where you want a continuous pattern that does not demand all the attention in the room. In a bedroom, placing it on the wall behind the headboard gives the room a soft, enclosing backdrop while keeping the overall palette quiet. In a home office or study, the regular, rhythmic flow of the foliage brings a focused, botanical presence to the space without cluttering the view. Because the contrast between the layered leaves is relatively gentle, the design also sits comfortably across all four walls in an entryway, powder room, or dining area rather than being limited to a single accent wall.

Styling it

The delicate line work and fan shapes pair naturally with mid-century modern shapes or clean, contemporary furniture silhouettes. To let the leaf pattern carry the decorative detail in the space, we would combine it with simple, solid surfaces rather than competing patterns.

Darker wood tones like walnut or deep stained oak provide a warm, grounded contrast against the cool eucalyptus green, while soft off-white or charcoal painted furniture keeps the arrangement clean. A textured wool rug in an unpatterned cream or oatmeal tone helps balance the visual detail of the walls without pulling focus away from the botanical repeat.

Color combinations

The wallpaper itself relies on a tonal palette of soft eucalyptus green, pale sage, and dark olive-toned contour lines.

When choosing paint colors for adjacent walls, trim, or cabinetry, we suggest continuing the quiet mood with creamy off-whites, warm alabaster, or muted stone tones. If you prefer a richer, more cohesive look, a deep olive or muted forest green on door frames and baseboards anchors the leafy tones in the wallpaper nicely. For furniture accents and upholstery, warm neutrals like flax, camel, and deep charcoal balance the cooler green undertones effortlessly.
