Wallpaper - Conoid Grain, Alizarin Pink

Our Conoid Grain, Alizarin Pink wallpaper combines the organic, flowing lines of a wood-grain motif with a soft, muted rose palette. What we particularly like about this design is the delicate balance between the fine, vertical grain lines and the broader elliptical contours, creating a continuous natural rhythm across the wall. The gentle contrast between the dusky alizarin linework and the pale blush backdrop gives the pattern a quiet, graphic presence without overwhelming the room. Made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it brings warmth and subtle visual texture to contemporary spaces.

In the room

Because of the vertically oriented, flowing pattern, our wallpaper works wonderfully to bring a sense of height and continuity to a room. In a bedroom, we like using it on the wall behind a bed, where the organic wood-grain movement acts as a soft, decorative backdrop that feels grounded yet airy. It also sits comfortably in a dining space or home office across wider uninterrupted walls, where the full sweep of the grain repeat has room to breathe. The low-contrast, tonal quality means you can comfortably wrap multiple walls without the room feeling closed in, particularly in spaces with steady, diffuse daylight that brings out the nuance between the rose tones.

Styling it

When styling around this wallpaper, we suggest leaning into clean-lined furniture and simple silhouettes so the graphic grain remains the central decorative feature.

• Pair with light ash, natural oak, or muted painted furniture to keep the overall atmosphere soft, light, and harmonious.
• Add subtle contrast using matte black metal accents or deep plum upholstery, anchoring the room without competing with the flowing vertical linework.
• Choose smooth, plain woven fabrics in ivory, oatmeal, or muted stone for curtains and larger seating to let the wallpaper carry the visual pattern.

Colour combinations

The palette of our design is built around soft alizarin pink, muted blush, and dusky rose tones. When selecting surrounding paint colours and finishes, consider pairing it with warm off-whites, chalky creams, or soft clay for adjacent walls and trim. If you want to introduce deeper, grounding accents in cabinetry or furniture, rich burgundy, warm terracotta, or earthy slate grey complement the rosy undertones beautifully.
